Health and fitness during covid-19 period




The world is going through a pandemic. We all have been locked up in our houses for like months now trying to save ourselves and our loved ones from the horrible life taking virus.😢

We all have been using masks, sanitizers and we are concerned about hygiene more than ever now , taking baths I don't know how many times a day but after all this effort we often find ourselves wondering  'Is this enough?' 'what more precautions I should take?' 'how can i save myself and my loved ones from this?' 
And then we keep doubting our every action and decisions like 'should I wash the groceries for more 5 minutes?' 'should I sanitize the newspaper, phone or watch ?' all the wierd questions come to your mind and you think you are going crazy .

But let me tell you my dear friend that this is totally normal. You are not weird you are protective. You all are concerned about all the ways the virus can go inside your body and it's good you should be.

But I would like to make a little correction here. While you all are concerned about all the ways the virus can go inside your body don't you think you should be a little more concerned about how will your body react even if it does? 

Okay okay now!! There is no need to get all tensed . You did a great job but what I am suggesting is give a little more attention to the immunity system of your body okayy fine not a little give your maximum attention to that but also now don't ignore the exteriors both are equally important. Prepare your white blood cells (WBC) for a fight. Just like in star wars!! Nahh just kidding  this is more real than that 


So now the important question arises is that how can we improve/ enhance our immunity system. There are various ways to do that but one of my  favourite is SLEEP.

SLEEP


 

Yes! You read that right. Sleeping is one of the best ways to improve our immunity system. Now you all will be wondering how is that? Yeah I know you all are filled with questions and thoughts ehh! Just a human thing. 
Now give your thoughts a rest and read furthur. I'll explain that to you . See with all the physical and mental work we do in an entire day our body and mind becomes tired and exhausted as a result it is not able to work properly and needs a rest. It needs sleep in order to work better because in a  fully charged state our body will be more aware and will fight better than any of the avengers!! hehe! 😂

So the next method is ayurvedic serum that is (ie) " kaada" 

Kaada



As an Indian I know one of the best methods called "kaada". This magical medicinal thing will take away your cold (If any), boost your immunity, detoxify your body , help your skin glow ( iski jitni tareef karo utna Kam h). Before you go all happy let me tell you this thing does not taste good. You can make it better by adding sugar but I will not suggest that, that is bad😂 
No seriously! You should cut down on your sugar intake.

Here comes the question. "How to make a kaada?"

You'll need Tulsi leaves ( the legendary indian medicinal plant) ,Ginger black pepper, mint leaves ( if you want )

Neem leaves also make a great kaada but that thing is to bitter so drink it on your own risk but it really detoxifies your body.

Take a pan, pour some water add Tulsi leaves , powdered black pepper and chopped ginger and boil for 5 minutes.

If you can drink this well and good but If not than make tea out it by adding 1 table spoon tea leaves, half small cup milk and 1 table spoon sugar and here's you tasty and healthy tea is ready 

Yoga 



This is another one of the most effective method to boost immunity and also makes you feel healthy and fresh . It is more beneficial when done early in the morning in fresh air 

You can do 

1: Anulom vilom 

2: Pranayam

3: stretches or zumba dance or any other exercise 

Giloy ( Tinospora cordifolia) 




This is a medicinal plant which has incredible properties .
I guess it is another name for "Amrit"
This really is an amazing plant this will not only boost immunity but will help you loose weight that is why do not drink this every day because it had the power to kill your hunger.

I will really recommend this to all of you. You must drink this but not every day and You can see the amazing results by yourself .
