 Let's get started When I say fit, what comes to your mind. Huh?  Mostly the abs , biceps , flat stomach , healthy body ....... right? That is definitely not the case here because when I say fit , it not only means a healthy body but also a well shaped and stable mind. Health and fitness during covid-19 period

The world is going through a pandemic. We all have been locked up in our houses for like months now trying to save ourselves and our loved ones from the horrible life taking virus.😢 We all have been using masks, sanitizers and we are concerned about hygiene more than ever now , taking baths I don't know how many times a day but after all this effort we often find ourselves wondering  'Is this enough?' 'what more precautions I should take?' 'how can i save myself and my loved ones from this?'  And then we keep doubting our every action and decisions like 'should I wash the groceries for more 5 minutes?' 'should I sanitize the newspaper, phone or watch ?' all the wierd questions come to your mind and you think you are going crazy . But let me tell you my dear friend that this is totally normal.
